Terms of Service

Effective date: April 28, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of MOM, a macOS focus application. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using MOM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use MOM.

2. Product and eligibility

MOM is intended for personal productivity and focus support. It is not a medical device, safety system, surveillance product, or substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for deciding whether MOM is appropriate for your use.

3. Purchases and payment processing

Paid purchases are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we identify at checkout. We do not store your full card number. Your payment information is handled by the payment processor under its own terms and privacy practices.

Prices, taxes, and available payment methods are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the payment processor to charge the payment method you provide.

4. License

After a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use MOM for your own personal or internal business use. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, modify, or distribute MOM except where the law gives you a right that cannot be waived.

5. Refunds

Unless a different refund policy is shown at checkout, MOM purchases include a 30-day refund window. To request a refund, contact jiun.dev@gmail.com with the email address used for purchase and any relevant order details.

6. Updates and availability

We may update MOM to fix bugs, improve compatibility, add features, or change behavior. We may also suspend or discontinue MOM or any related service, such as license validation or update delivery, where reasonably necessary.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use MOM unlawfully, attempt to bypass license controls, interfere with our services, or use MOM to violate someone else's privacy, rights, or applicable law.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how it is handled, including how MOM processes webcam frames locally. The Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

9. Disclaimers

MOM is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to MOM.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of MOM after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
